Sri Balasai Residential-School

At the Residential-School 56 teachers are employed at the moment,
who have to be financed by the Trust.

The monthly costs for the 56 teachers are 4280,000 Rps. = ca. 8075 Euro per month.
(depending on the exchange rate)

That means: One teacher costs ca. 144,- Euro per month.

The personnel of the Residential School constists of 120 employees at the moment.
(kitchen-personnel, nurses, attendants, cleaning-personnel, gardener etc.)
Monthly therfore are needed 180,000 Rps. = 3.396,25 Euro per month.

For all material-costs (books, pencils, school-dresses etc.) are absolutely needed
3 Million Rupees per year. These are ca. 56.603 Euro per year.

In the Residential School are staying 1300 internal pupils and ca. 500 external pupils at the moment.

The trust "Children Are Our Future e.V." is supported by volunteers of helpers, assistants and members and so underlies no administrative costs.

That's a special story. Very uplifting and motivating.
